Understanding ISO 9001 Training

This course introduces the core requirements of a modern Quality Management System and how they support continual improvement and customer satisfaction.

You will learn:

• Risk-based thinking and its application to modern management systems
• The process approach and its benefits to business
• How to integrate the customer into organisational processes
• The structure, requirements, and application of a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015.

This 1-day course will leave you with knowledge of the ISO 9001 Quality management systems standard. It differs from our 2-day Quality Management Systems course in that it does not award an internationally recognised unit of competency from Exemplar Global.

• Scope of quality management systems within an organisation 
• Understanding organisational context and leadership 
• Operational control and requirements 
• Process approach and risk-based thinking 
• Evidence requirements of ISO 9001:2015

You will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance. 

There are no prerequisites for this course.

There is no assessment to complete in this workshop. 

This course is ideal if you:

• Need to develop a fundamental understanding of ISO 9001
• Are involved in the management systems process
• Manage a system or oversee system auditing responsibilities

A business background is recommended, but prior experience in auditing or management systems is not essential.
