EOFY Training Package Terms & Conditions

  • EOFY Training Packages are available for purchase until 30 June 2026 unless withdrawn earlier by Risk Training Professionals (RTP).
  • Full payment must be received by 30 June 2026 to secure package pricing and inclusions.
  • All package value must be redeemed by 30 June 2027.
  • Training package value may be applied across RTP public training courses, subject to course availability and scheduling.
  • Training package allocations may be used across multiple participants within the purchasing organisation. All participants must be from the same organisation.
  • Complimentary eLearns must be selected from the RTP eLearn library.
  • Complimentary eLearns are unaccredited and participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion.
  • Complimentary eLearns are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products or services.
  • EOFY Training Packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, corporate rate, or special pricing arrangement.
  • Any unused package value remaining after 30 June 2027 will expire and is non-refundable.
  • No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided for unused package value or unused complimentary eLearns.

Returning Student Voucher

  • Returning Student Vouchers are available to individuals who have previously attended an RTP public training course or who have received a valid referral voucher from an eligible previous participant.
  • The voucher provides $200 off the standard advertised price of an eligible RTP public course.
  • Only one voucher may be redeemed per enrolment.
  • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, corporate rate, or special pricing arrangement.
  • The voucher cannot be redeemed against eLearning courses, in-house training, bespoke group training, or any other non-public training offering.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2 for 1 Discount

  • From time to time, RTP may offer a 2 for 1 promotion on selected public courses or locations.
  • The promotion provides two enrolments for the price of one on eligible RTP public courses.
  • Both participants must be enrolled at the same time and attend the same course, on the same dates, at the same location or virtual delivery.
  • Both participants must be from the same organisation.

Course bundle Discount and Refunds

RTP offers discounted pricing when the following public course combinations are booked as a bundle:

The following terms apply:

  • Bundle pricing applies only when the nominated courses are booked together.

  • Where a bundled booking has been paid in full and the participant attends only one course, any refund will be calculated as the total amount paid less the full standard advertised price of the course attended.
