Why identify psychosocial hazards?

Identifying psychosocial hazards is a critical first step in managing risks to mental health and ensuring legal compliance.

When not addressed, psychosocial risks can lead to increased absenteeism, burnout, reduced productivity, and serious psychological injury. By understanding and identifying these risks, individuals and organisations can take meaningful action to create healthier, safer, and more supportive workplaces.
