WHS Investigation Training

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Apply the legal framework governing WHS investigations to determine when, how, and by whom an investigation should be conducted
• Gather and preserve evidence using accepted investigation principles and practices
• Conduct effective witness and stakeholder interviews
• Identify contributing factors and root causes using a structured investigation methodology
• Produce clear, defensible investigation reports with findings and recommendations that withstand legal and regulatory scrutiny
• Manage legal privilege, confidentiality obligations, and regulator engagement throughout the investigation process.
