• The role of leadership within a compliance management system
• Design of compliance management systems and alignment with other governance frameworks
• Integrating risk management processes with compliance requirements.

Day 2

Operational requirements for compliance

• Supporting and operational processes to support compliance management
• Monitoring compliance performance
• Design of performance indicators for compliance management
• Compliance reporting and informed decision making
• Noncompliance and breach management and corrective actions.

You will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

There is no formal assessment to complete in this workshop, however participants will be able to demonstrate their new knowledge through a series of workshop activities and case studies throughout the session.
