Which Quality Management Systems training course suits you best?

If you want to learn how to conduct an audit of a quality management system, our 4-day Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor course is ideal for you. This course gives you the knowledge to get the most out of your audits, with a strong focus on risk management and the certification process. Upon successful completion, you will have the skills to audit a quality management system, a solid understanding of the ISO 9001 standard, and eligibility to become a registered external auditor with Exemplar Global.

Our 2-day Quality Management Systems course gives you a comprehensive understanding of the ISO 9001 standard. It awards the Exemplar Global unit of competency QM. Additional competencies for Environment and OH&S can be added.

Our 1-day Understanding ISO 9001 course gives you knowledge of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems standard. There is no unit of competency awarded with this training. If you require the unit of competency, you need to attend the 2- or 4-day course.

We offer the Nationally Recognised BSBSS00128 Lead Auditor Skill Set as part of all our management systems lead auditor courses.

Do you offer foundation-level courses?

If you want a basic understanding of the ISO management systems standards, our eLearns in Introduction to ISO 9001, Introduction to ISO 14001, and Introduction to ISO 45001 might be for you.

We’re also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) (RTO Code: 46539), and offer nationally recognised units of competency in the BSBSS00128 Lead Auditor Skill Set in our Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor course.

Is ISO 9001 training and certification the same thing?

No, they are not. ISO 9001 training builds individual knowledge and skills to understand, implement, or audit the ISO 9001 standard. It results in a personal certificate of completion or recognised competency, such as Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor credentials.

ISO 9001 certification is a formal, independent assessment of an organisation’s quality management system. It is carried out by an accredited certification body to confirm the system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
